At BilAfiya, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days depending on your city
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer:
    • Flat shipping rate or
    • Free delivery (if applicable on promotions)

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan
  • Please ensure:
    • Your phone is active for confirmation
    • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order

Failure to respond to confirmation calls may result in order cancellation


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s website

6. Delivery Issues

BilAfiya is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If your order is delayed, contact us and we will assist you.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the parcel:
    • The order may be cancelled
    • Future orders may be restricted

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photo/video proof

We will arrange a replacement as per our policy.
