1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
- Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
2. Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days depending on your city
- Remote areas may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges
- We offer:
- Flat shipping rate or
- Free delivery (if applicable on promotions)
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan
- Please ensure:
- Your phone is active for confirmation
- Someone is available to receive and pay for the order
Failure to respond to confirmation calls may result in order cancellation
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
- You can track your parcel through the courier’s website
6. Delivery Issues
BilAfiya is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
If your order is delayed, contact us and we will assist you.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the parcel:
- The order may be cancelled
- Future orders may be restricted
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photo/video proof
We will arrange a replacement as per our policy.
