Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or not functioning properly
- You received a wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You must provide clear video or image proof of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product has been used or damaged by the customer
- Packaging is opened or not in original condition
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds (For COD Orders)
As we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as follows:
- Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / Easypaisa
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be completed after approval
- We do not offer cash refunds at the doorstep
Replacements
We provide free replacement only if:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
No replacements are offered for change of mind or personal preference.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (defective or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost
- In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
