At BilAfiya, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help


Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or not functioning properly
  • You received a wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You must provide clear video or image proof of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Packaging is opened or not in original condition
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds (For COD Orders)

As we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash / Easypaisa
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be completed after approval
  • We do not offer cash refunds at the doorstep

Replacements

We provide free replacement only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

No replacements are offered for change of mind or personal preference.


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (defective or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
